Agency for Assistance and Development of Afghanistan (AADA) is an Afghan non-profit non-governmental organization working for the development of Afghanistan mainly through (1) provision of quality health services; (2) community development; (3) training and capacity building at professional and community levels; and (4) research in topics of public health and social sciences besides various projects in different parts of Afghanistan.

• Conduct technical assessments of health facilities requiring renovation. 
• Prepare engineering designs, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and cost estimates. 
• Supervise construction/renovation work to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards. 
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion. 
• Coordinate with contractors, government authorities, and health facility staff. 
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations. 
• Verify material quality and workmanship at project sites. 
• Provide technical guidance to construction teams. 
• Document project activities with photos, reports, and progress updates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least three years of work experience Construction
• Fluency in Dari/Pashto and working knowledge of English.
• Strong project management and reporting skills. 
• Ability to work in challenging environments and meet deadlines. 
• Knowledge of local construction laws and safety standards.
