ARM consulting is implementing real-time monitoring activities for a UN agency’s supported projects across all 34 provinces in Afghanistan. To deliver on this contract, ARM Consulting is seeking the services of a qualified water resource management engineer to deliver on this pertinent task. The overall management is 100% under ARM consulting and the UN agency’s technical colleagues will provide direct technical guidance on technical specifications and requirements for specific activities and ways of working.
Job Summary:
The overall objective of the PSDS Associate is to support ARM consulting in providing technical monitoring and supervision of WRI infrastructures in ensuring that the project-implementing partner IPs/contractors are delivering program deliverables as per outlined specifications and provided documentation such as drawings etc. The PDSA will work under the overall management of ARM consulting and technical guidance of UN Agency’s WRI and in consultation with ARM consulting/UN Agency Regional Management team technical team members. Their role is to provide quality and timely feedback on the best practices, challenges, and progress of WRI interventions in all project sites being implemented in their allocated province.
