• Responsible for oilfield development plan review and implementation. Continuous improvement and optimization;
• Responsible for on-site checking and monitoring of logging data, and checking Logging data interpretation results
• Responsible for reviewing and implementing the oil test plan;
• Responsible for organizing the implementation of oil reservoir engineering plans. Continuous improvement and optimization;
• Responsible for economic evaluation and economic optimization of development programs;
• Responsible for organizing, contacting, and coordinating technical support and research work of the Institute;
• Responsible for checking the results submitted by the research institute and organizing the on-site implementation;
• Responsible for organizing the reserves review.
• Assigning and controlling technical regimes for oil production and processing with the help of geological data.
• Checking the status of wells
• Determining spots for drilling
• Preparing monthly and annual production plans for oil gather stations
• Ensuring the accuracy of and analyzing the received data
• Providing technical advice as required
• Training staff on new oil production and processing technology.
• Monthly reporting to Supervisor
• Develop your individual HSE annual plan and implement it. Ensuring all HSE practices are followed maintaining a safe work environment and identifying and informing the HSE department of any hazards in the workplace.
• Completing any other duties or tasks assigned by the Supervisor

• Plans and directs engineering activities of a petroleum company to develop oil fields and produce oil and gas: Formulates programs for developing oil fields, planning schedules for drilling wells, and constructing pumping units, crude oil treating units, and other production facilities.

• Assessing work over process; determining drilling points; checking the status of wells.

• Based on geological information determining the technological regime for production wells and process of oil in oil gather stations.
• Preparation of monthly and annual plans of production for oil gather stations.
• Ensuring for accuracy of all data submitted by all units.
• Giving technical and professional advice on oil production and process.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and a postgraduate is preferred.
• 10+ years of work experience in oil and gas production.
• Work experience in managing budgets.
• Intermediate-level MS Office
• Excellent written and spoken English and Dari. Spoken and written Russian and Chinese would be advantageous.
  Report writing, analysis, and interpretation skills.
• Geological Theory.
