• Fully responsible for the production operation and administrative management of the oil extraction operation area.
• Responsible for accomplishing various production task targets assigned by the head office.
• Responsible for the annual production cost budgeting and finalization to ensure effective operation.
• Responsible for determining and allocating personnel resources within the unit.
• Formulate performance appraisal methods for the unit and employees.
• Strictly implement various management systems, implement various operating indicators, control costs effectively based on production statistical reports, cost analysis, and actual production conditions, and take timely measures to solve problems.
• Responsible for organizing the implementation of scientific management methods and the application of new technologies and processes to promote economic efficiency improvement.
• Responsible for improving the organizational structure of the oil extraction management area, and formulating various rules, regulations, and management assessment methods.
• Responsible for the construction and operation of the HSE system in the oil extraction operation area.
• Responsible for the staff training plan of this unit.
• Responsible for the management of employee labor contracts and handling labor disputes.
• Ensure all health and safety statuses are normal, Maintain a safe work environment, and Identify and inform any hazards in the workplace to the HSE department. 
• Complete any other duties or tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
• Be responsible for Angot and Kashkari oilfield production operation management, and complete the compulsory oil production.
• Be responsible for leadership of HSE management.
• Be responsible for the coordination of outside departments.
• Be responsible for technical training, and provide technical support.
• Formulate and perfect the management system.
• Complete other tasks arranged by the head office.

• Strong operations experience managing Technical Engineers, Cranes & Lifting Supervisors, Workshop Supervisors, Hydraulics Supervisors, Logistics Managers, Stores Supervisor, Project Managers, and Equipment Operators.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional and management experience
• Master’s degree in relevant field
• Rich in oil production management experience
• Rich in oil and gas airtight gathering and transportation management experience
• Rich in team management experience
• Complete compulsory yearly oil production
• Ensure safe production
