• Responsible for the management of oilfield surface engineering, including surface engineering planning, pre-process technology schemes, feasibility report review, and participation in design, construction, and other stages.
• Supervise and manage the implementation standards, progress, and quality of oilfield surface engineering to ensure the smooth completion of projects.
• Organize joint acceptance inspections after the completion of oil, gas, and water treatment facilities, metering stations, oil and gas gathering pipelines, etc., and prepare commissioning plans for production.
• Coordinate and resolve various problems encountered in the daily management of oilfield surface engineering to ensure the normal operation of engineering systems.
• Participate in the formulation and implementation of management regulations for oilfield oil, gas, and water pipelines, roads, and stations, ensuring the safe operation of surface engineering systems.
• Organize and coordinate the management and training of personnel involved in oilfield surface engineering to improve their technical skills and work efficiency.
• Participate in budget preparation and cost control for oilfield surface engineering to ensure the return on investment and economic benefits of projects.
• Participate in contract negotiations and signing for oilfield surface engineering to safeguard the company's interests.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leadership, adhere to company work regulations, and uphold the company's image and reputation.

• CPF Chief Engineer Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of operators and technicians in the operation and maintenance of the Central Processing Facility (CPF). Monitor and control the CPF processes and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and optimal production of oil and gas.
• Experience working in a project or program environment across a large organization.
• Experienced in leading and influencing others to meet fixed deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, and then implement a program to improve performance.
• Approachable and positive; good at leading and motivating others
• Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering field (Master's degree preferable)
• At least 7 years of experience leading or supervising a team in a relevant field.
• A sound understanding of engineering principles.
• The ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.
• The ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to process negative feedback and remain professional.
• The ability to work onsite and in the office.
