Job Summary:

Lazuli Pamir Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering or a related field. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring of a school building construction project, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review and Provide Feedback on Contractors' Work Progress:

• • Regularly inspect and evaluate the progress of construction work.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to contractors to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

2. Review and Share Recommendations of Material Submissions:

• • Evaluate material submissions from contractors and recommend suitable materials based on project requirements and industry standards.
  • Ensure that materials meet specifications and regulatory requirements.

3. Certify Contractor Invoices:

• • Review and certify contractor invoices based on completed work and approved materials.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with project budget and financial guidelines.

4. Record Construction Work and Advise Contractors:

• • Maintain detailed records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, inspections, and quality control measures.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to contractors to resolve issues and improve work progress and quality.

5. Review Contractor Documents:

• • Evaluate and review contractor documents such as work plans, quality control plans, safety plans, and other project-related documents.
  • Ensure that contractors comply with project specifications, regulations, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

•  Master degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in civil engineering or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Strong communication skill in English language.
