The main objective of the Online Academy Manager is to oversee and manage the operations of the Al Quran Online Academy, ensuring the effective delivery of educational programs and services to students. The manager will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, promoting student engagement, and fostering a positive learning environment.

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Sharia, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing online educational programs, preferably within an academic or e-learning environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of best practices in online teaching, instructional design, and learning technologies.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, online assessment tools, and other relevant educational technologies.
• Ability to analyze data, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• A passion for education, a learner-centric approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality online learning experiences.
