MSH is seeking a Finance and Operation Manager for an anticipated technical assistance project in Afghanistan aiming to strengthen the capacity of Health Emergency Response (HER) service provider (SP) NGO’s managers and health workers to manage and implement high impact value added interventions through data-driven adaptation and course correction.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible for the oversight of the activity’s financial and operational matters such as the preparation of all financial documents required for a successful implementation of the activity, including financial plans, cost calculations, and financial review documents. The Finance and Operational Manager is responsible for ensuring that any money expended in the field is done in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, MSH policy, and any cost principles imposed by the donor agency. The Finance and operation Manager is aware of, and adheres to, MSH’s procurement integrity standards in all activities. The Finance and operation Manager primary responsibility for ensure that MSH operations in Afghanistan are functioning efficiently and effectively, and align to support the attainment of project results and client expectations.
This position is contingent upon porject award and funding.
