Job Description:

Lazuli Pamir Consulting Services Company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as Electrical Engineer as part of supervision team. The required expert to have following qualification, duties, and responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in electrical design and implementation, preferably in construction projects related to water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) or similar infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical principles, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing electrical systems in construction projects.
• Experience with the design and installation of electrical systems for building, and sanitation facilities is highly desirable.
• Experience with the design and installation of solar systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, mechanical engineers, architects, and construction workers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues and propose innovative solutions.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of electrical systems in construction projects.

Responsibilities:

The interested expert will have following duties and responsibilities but not limited to:

• Proper cable Laying, Cable jointing and socketing to avoided sparking and fault or ruptures.
• Miniature Circuit breakers (MSBs’) of proper capacity according to the drawings.
• Earth continuity to each metallic portion of all electrical installation’s wit due workmanship.
• Quality and specification of the items used as per contract.
• Review of overall proper functioning
• Due earth resistance with proper earthling.
• Functioning of lightning arrester system with proper continuity.
• Supervise electrical systems and components for WASH-related infrastructure projects in schools, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Conduct load calculations and power distribution studies to optimize the design of electrical systems, considering factors such as voltage drop, power quality, and energy efficiency.
• Conduct inspections and performance tests to verify the functionality and reliability of electrical systems, documenting results and addressing any deficiencies.
• Prepare technical reports, maps, and presentations summarizing electrical findings and recommendations for project stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and project objectives.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems into the overall project design, ensuring coordination and compatibility.
• Select appropriate electrical equipment and components for project requirements, including transformers, switchgear, motors, and instrumentation.
• Specify electrical safety measures and protection devices to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to procure materials and equipment for electrical systems, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Provide technical support during the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including troubleshooting issues and overseeing compliance with specifications.
