Finance Officer

TCRC Group is a multinational organization established in 1950, specializing in Third-Party Inspection, Laboratory Testing, Quality Assurance, Cargo Supervision, Commodity Inspection, Certification, and Technical Consultancy. Operating internationally, TCRC provides professional services across industrial, commercial, construction, petroleum, and manufacturing sectors.

TCRC Afghanistan is the Branch office TCRC Group and TCRC Afghanistan has been awarded the contract by the Afghanistan Standard Quality Authority (ASQA) for the establishment and operation of laboratories dedicated to testing construction materials, electrical materials, textiles, and leather products at strategic border locations. The project sites are located within the premises of the Afghanistan Customs Offices.

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
* Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
* Good command of Microsoft Excel,Quick Books. and accounting software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluency in Dari and Pashto; knowledge of English is an advantage.

Education

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent are often an advantage.

Work experience

* Usually 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
* Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial controls.
* Experience working with companies, donor-funded projects or Internatioal NGOs may be required for some positions.

* Knowledge of taxation, payroll, audit procedures, and financial compliance.Technical skills

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
* Ability to prepare budgets, financial reports, reconciliations, and cash-flow reports.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quick Books.

* Good attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
