Finance Manager (Re Announced)

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the overall financial activities of Hila Hospital, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cash-flow management, payroll, revenue monitoring, expenditure control, taxation, financial policies, and internal controls.The successful candidate will work closely with hospital management and relevant departments to ensure that financial resources are managed efficiently and that accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Master's degree or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent will be an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.

Previous experience in a hospital, healthcare organization, private company, or large organization is strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Good knowledge of Afghan taxation and applicable financial regulations.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or other ERP/accounting systems is preferred.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and under pressure while meeting deadlines
