Job Description

The Finance Officer performs and co-supervises financial, and accounting services and provides technical support to the Manager in order to fulfill the financial, regulatory and administrative requirements of the finance section.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and process customer invoices in the accounting system.
  • Review all invoices carefully to ensure they are free from errors before posting.
  • Verify that every invoice is supported by complete and proper documentation.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices and supporting documents.
  • Prepare and issue customer account statements on a regular basis.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare, calculate, and maintain customer tax records in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding billing and account-related matters.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and support collection follow-ups when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
  • Process and record payments, and receipts
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial tracking
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records
  • Must be QuickBooks desktop professional.
  • Any other task will be assigned by the management

Job Requirements

  • Must be QuickBooks desktop professional.
  • Proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a production company
  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • At least 2-3 years related experience in Finance/Accounting and should have experience in manufactory industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
