Supervisor (Wakhi Language)

OPTIQ is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to promoting education, literacy, and community development in Afghanistan. The organization works to improve access to quality education, particularly in underserved and remote areas, with a focus on early childhood education and mother-tongue-based learning.

Through its programs, OPTIQ aims to reduce illiteracy, support children's development, and empower communities through education. The organization also seeks to contribute to broader community development initiatives that improve the well-being and opportunities of individuals and families across Afghanistan.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of project activities in Wakhi-speaking communities, ensuring that activities are carried out effectively and in accordance with project objectives. The position requires close coordination with project staff, community members, and stakeholders, as well as regular monitoring, reporting, and support to ensure the quality and success of program activities.

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma;
• At least 3 years of work experience with an NGO in a related position;
• Native speaker of Wakhi;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work effectively with communities and project teams;
• Willingness to travel within the project area, if required
