The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of project activities in Wakhi-speaking communities, ensuring that activities are carried out effectively and in accordance with project objectives. The position requires close coordination with project staff, community members, and stakeholders, as well as regular monitoring, reporting, and support to ensure the quality and success of program activities.

- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma;
- At least 3 years of work experience with an NGO in a related position;
- Native speaker of Wakhi;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively with communities and project teams;
- Willingness to travel within the project area, if required
