Job Description

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of project activities in Munji-speaking communities, ensuring that activities are carried out effectively and in accordance with project objectives. The position requires close coordination with project staff, community members, and stakeholders, as well as regular monitoring, reporting, and support to ensure the quality and success of program activities.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to supervise field activities and provide guidance to project staff and community stakeholders.
  • Experience in monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
  • Ability to prepare activity reports and maintain project records.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the project target areas.
