Asia Community Development Organization (ACDO) is an Afghan non-governmental, non-political and non-profit humanitarian organization founded in 2014 register with the Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GoIRA) under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy (MoEc) with a mission to provide humanitarian and development assistance to the vulnerable, at-risk and underserved people throughout the country.

Regardless of the hardest circumstances that existed in Afghanistan in 2022 and 2021, ACDO has managed to deliver humanitarian and development assistance in Nangarhar, Herat, Balkh, Kabul, Kandahar, Bamyan, Wardak, Jawzjan, Paktia, Kunduz, Takhar, Laghman, Daykundi and Farah provinces.

The Administrative Intern will support the Administration Department in carrying out day-to-day administrative functions. - Assist in maintaining office records, files, and administrative documentation.
- Support the preparation of official letters, memos, and other administrative documents.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of administrative records.
- Asset and Inventory Management
- Assist in maintaining updated inventory and asset records.
- Support periodic asset verification and inventory checks.
- Logistics and Procurement Support
- Assist in organizing logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, training sessions, and events.
- Support procurement processes by preparing documentation and maintaining procurement records.
- Help coordinate the delivery and distribution of office supplies and materials.
- Vehicle and Facility Management
- Assist in maintaining vehicle movement records and related documentation.
- Support monitoring of office facilities to ensure a safe and functional working environment.
- Report maintenance needs and follow up on repairs when required.
- Administrative Coordination
- Facilitate internal communication and coordinate administrative activities among departments.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials.
- Provide administrative support to staff and visitors as needed
- Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of administrative documents and information.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with ACDO administrative policies and procedures.
- Support the preparation of administrative reports and documentation.
- Capacity Development
- Participate in training sessions and capacity-building opportunities provided by ACDO.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Qualifications: Qualifications:- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (Fresh graduates).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dari, and Pashto.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and independently.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and best practices is a plus.
