Job Description

The Finance and Liaison Officer will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, partners, and relevant authorities.The Finance and Liaison Officer will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, partners, and relevant authorities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Priority will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the NGO sector in a finance-related role
  • Proficiency in financial software, particularly QuickBooks
  • Good understanding of Afghanistan taxation laws and financial regulations
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto; good command of English is preferred
