Organization Promoting Transparency, Integrity and Quality (OPTIQ) is a local non-governmental organization committed to strengthening communities through the promotion of transparency, integrity, and quality service delivery.

The organization primarily works in the education sector, with a strong focus on providing mother tongue–based education, particularly for minority language communities. Through its programs, OPTIQ aims to improve access to inclusive and quality education, ensuring that children from diverse linguistic backgrounds have better learning opportunities.

OPTIQ collaborates with government institutions, donors, and local communities to implement sustainable projects that support education, capacity building, and community development

The Finance and Liaison Officer will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, partners, and relevant authorities.The Finance and Liaison Officer will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, partners, and relevant authorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Priority will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the NGO sector in a finance-related role
• Proficiency in financial software, particularly QuickBooks
• Good understanding of Afghanistan taxation laws and financial regulations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto; good command of English is preferred
