JOB SUMMARY:

To ensure the smooth and timely completion of all design projects while maintaining the Hotel’s brand standards. Create attractive and clear visual designs for digital and print materials such as social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and promotional items.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: 

• Create creative designs for digital and print materials such as social media posts, brochures, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Understand content objectives and translate ideas into visual designs.                
• Develop design concepts that follow the Hotel’s brand guidelines and standards.
• Work closely with the team to understand project requirements and deadlines.
• Edit and revise designs based on feedback from line manager.
• Prepare final artwork files for printing or digital publishing.
• Ensure all designs are clear, attractive, and error-free.
• Manage multiple design projects and complete tasks on time.
• Stay updated with design trends and software tools.

EXPERIENCE: 

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design from junior to mid-level roles
• Proven experience creating visual content for digital and print media.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout skills, typography, and branding work.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Minimum Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree will be preferred

Fluency in languages: Dari, Pashto and English

Familiar with:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• CorelDRAW and other related software.
