BACKGROUND: The Social and Humanitarian Assistance Organization (SHAO) is an Afghan NGO working in the sectors of formal education support, community education, women empowerment, child protection, WASH, nutrition/cash transfer, migration, livelihood support, capacity building, advocacy and infrastructure rehabilitation.

SHAO was established in 2009 after receiving working license from Afghan Ministry of Economy. The main office is located in Kabul with access to Kandahar, Helmand, Urozgan, Nimroz, Kunduz and Zabul provinces.

JOB SUMMARY: Master Trainer will be based in Kunduz and work on daily bases according the set plan, and work under the supervision of SHAO Head of Programs in coordination with the project officer to work closely with project team for proper implementation of the project by carrying out frequent Trainings to the field staff and facilitators.

REPORTING: Master trainer directly reports to Program Department and shares reports with project officer and rest of senior management during the regular training activities.

• • Completed University Degree/Master graduated degree is preferred
  • Prior experience in a senior training role
  • Knowledge of and experience working in the area of trainings
  • Qualification and Preferred Skills and Competencies  
  • Having good coordination/liaison skills.
  • Have an experience of working with provincial administer
