The Organization for Women Empowerment (OWE) was established in 2014 as a non-profit and development organization - registered with the NGO Department of the Ministry of Economy, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. OWE aims to help impoverished communities, particularly women, youth, and children, gain social, economic and political potency by raising awareness, building capacity, educational and vocational skills training, and creating professional opportunities. OWE is a women’s organization for women. OWE's learning experience as a development organization comes from its working association with communities in different areas of Afghanistan. More importantly, OWE is one of the successful organizations in the community, NGO Coordination Bureau, and region.
Background
The Organization for Women Empowerment (OWE) is implementing the “Promoting women entrepreneurship and reestablishment of small businesses for the forcibly returned women in Kunduz Province of Afghanistan” project in Kunduz Province, Afghanistan. The project aims to empower the forcibly returned women entrepreneurs by providing them with the necessary skills, resources, and support to reopen their businesses and enhance their economic participation and contribute to sustainable development in the region. The Organization for Women Empowerment (OWE) has been entrusted with the implementation of this project by UNHCR.
Objective
The main objective of this assignment is to enhance the entrepreneurial skills and knowledge of Thirty women entrepreneurs in Kunduz province, Afghanistan. The Master Trainer will deliver comprehensive training programs and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring support to ensure the successful establishment and operation of their businesses.

Required Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate for the Master Trainer position should possess the following qualifications and experience:
Education: A relevant degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in delivering training programs on business planning, business finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Experience in coaching and mentoring women entrepreneurs is highly desirable.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities for women entrepreneurs in Afghanistan. Familiarity with the Afghan business environment, microfinance, and access to finance mechanisms is an advantage.
Skills: Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to guide participants in their business operations. Good analytical and report writing skills.
Language: Proficiency in English and Dari/Pashto languages.
