Overall supervision of the production process and daily factory activities.
Management and leadership of administrative and technical personnel to achieve production goals.
Precise planning to optimize resources and reduce waste.
Regular reporting of factory performance to senior management.
Establishing discipline and work order within the factory environment.
Experience: Successful work experience in managerial positions (preferably in manufacturing companies).
Skills: High ability in team leadership and conflict resolution; strong communication skills and mastery of administrative principles.
