Provide strategic and technical leadership to design, implement, and scale interventions that restore landscapes, strengthen climate resilience, and reduce disaster risk. Integrate natural resource management (NRM) with market systems development (MSD) approaches to support resilient livelihoods and inclusive local economic development. Champion climate-smart agriculture, nature-based solutions, and carbon-positive practices, ensuring interventions are evidence-based and context-appropriate. Lead the scaling of proven solutions, foster a culture of learning and innovation, and strengthen technical collaboration with local authorities, research institutions, academia, and the private sector to deliver sustainable, market-linked climate and resilience outcomes.
