Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, increasing sales revenue, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves market research, sales planning, advertising, and customer engagement to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities
Promote products and services through direct sales, advertising, and digital marketing
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Prepare sales plans, marketing reports, and performance analysis
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities
Coordinate with production, logistics, and management teams
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales agreements
Monitor customer feedback and handle complaints professionally
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of marketing tools and sales techniques
Computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
