Job Descriptions:

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead the full marketing ecosystem for our E-Top Up, Electronic Money Institution (EMI), and FTTH business lines. This role is accountable for driving market expansion, user acquisition, brand development, and customer retention through data-driven strategies and innovative go-to-market execution. The CMO will work closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and Technology teams to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen the company’s competitive market position.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business growth across E-Top Up, e-Money and FTTH services
  • Lead competitive intelligence and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights
  • Shape product positioning, pricing support according to FTTH services and commission scaling from E top up product perspective, and value propositions based on user needs and market dynamics
  • Drive digital transformation and automation in marketing processes and customer engagement

Growth & Acquisition

  • Design and execute customer acquisition campaigns via digital, retail, and telecom distribution channels
  • Scale merchant penetration and partner ecosystems for electronic payments and top-up services
  • Lead regional expansion strategies, ensuring strong market entry execution

Brand & Communications

  • Develop a strong brand identity and cohesive messaging across products
  • Oversee internal and external communications, public relations, and media engagement
  • Ensure compliance with EMI regulatory standards in marketing communications

 

Customer Lifecycle & Retention

  • Build data-driven customer segmentation and loyalty programs to increase active usage and ARPU.
  • Optimize omnichannel customer journey (online portal, via a mobile device, in a physical shop, etc.) and enhance customer experience (CX)

Performance & Team Leadership

  • Manage marketing budget and optimize spend with ROI accountability
  • Track KPIs including user growth, conversion, churn, NPS, and CLV
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
