Job Descriptions:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for onboarding real-estate agencies in Kabul

onto the Maskeman platform. This includes conducting daily field visits to meet

agency owners, explain the platform, and convert them into active users. The role
covers the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to meetings, onboarding,
and continuous follow-up.
As the primary representative of Maskeman in the market, the Sales Executive is
expected to maintain a professional presence while achieving weekly and monthly KPIs and managing a structured sales pipeline. They will also report progress and market insights directly to the management team. Additionally, the role involves supporting agencies with onboarding tasks such as uploading listings and guiding them through basic platform usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  Strong communication skills in Dari & Pashto (English is a plus).

  Confident in face-to-face sales and relationship building.

  Ability to clearly communicate product value to real-estate agencies.

  Good negotiation and closing skills.

  Basic understanding of Kabul’s real-estate market and agency operations.

  Experience with field sales and daily in-person client visits.

  Ability to travel across Kabul and manage 15–20 agency visits per week.

  Tech savvy and comfortable using apps, WhatsApp, and digital tools.

  Able to support agencies with onboarding and basic platform training.

  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.

  Self-disciplined, organized, and able to work with weekly targets. 

مسئول فروش مسئول جذب رهنمای معاملات در کابل برای پیوستن به پلتفرم مسکن من خواهد بود. این کار شامل بازدیدهای روزانه از رهنمای معاملات برای ملاقات با مالکان رهنمای معاملات ، توضیح پلتفرم و جذب آن‌ها به کاربران فعال در پلتفرم مسکن من است. این نقش کل چرخه فروش را از شناسایی مشتریان و برقراری ارتباط گرفته تا جلسات، فرایند جذب و پیگیری مداوم پوشش می‌دهد. به عنوان نماینده اصلی پلتفرم مسکن من در بازار، انتظار می ‌رود که مسئول فروش حضوری حرفه ‌ای داشته باشد و در عین حال باید اهداف هفتگی و ماهانه داشته باشد. همچنین آن‌ها پیشرفت‌ها و بینش‌های بازار را مستقیماً به تیم مدیریت گزارش خواهند داد. علاوه بر این، این نقش شامل حمایت از رهنمای معاملات در فرآیندهای ورود به پلتفرم مانند بارگذاری آگهی‌ها و راهنمایی آن‌ها در استفاده از پلتفرم نیز می‌شود.   


مهارتها و خصوصیات مورد نیاز

 (مهارت قوی در برقراری ارتباط به زبا نهای دری و پشتو ) انگلیسی یک امتیاز است

   .اعتماد به نفس در فروش حضوری و ایجاد روابط کاری

   .توانایی توضیح واضح ارزش محصول برای رهنمای معاملات 

   .مهارت خوب در مذاکره و نهایی سازی معاملات

   .آگاهی ابتدایی از بازار معاملات ملکی کابل و شیوه کار رهنما ها

   .تجربه در فروش میدانی و انجام ملاقاتهای روزانه حضوری

   .توانایی سفر در سراسر کابل و مدیریت ۱۵۲۰ ملاقات در هفته

   .آشنایی با تکنالوژی و توانایی استفاده از اپلیکیشنها، واتساپ و ابزارهای دیجیتالی

   .توانایی کمک به رهنمای معاملات در روند ثب تنام و آموزش ابتدایی پلتفورم

   .مهارتهای قوی ارتباطی و توانایی ایجاد اعتماد

   منظم، با انضباط کاری و توانایی کار مطابق اهداف هفتگی


Job Requirements:

1.Education: Minimum of a 14th-grade education is often required, with a preference for bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Development, Social Sciences or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in a related industry.

3. Language:  Proficiency in Dari and Pashto (spoken & written); And also, Knowledge of English Language 

3. Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office
