The Sales Executive
will be responsible for onboarding real-estate agencies in Kabul
onto the Maskeman platform. This includes
conducting daily field visits to meet
agency owners, explain the platform, and convert
them into active users. The role
covers the full sales cycle from prospecting and
outreach to meetings, onboarding,
and continuous follow-up.
As the primary representative of Maskeman in the
market, the Sales Executive is
expected to maintain a professional presence while achieving weekly and monthly
KPIs and managing a structured sales pipeline. They will also report progress and
market insights directly to the management team. Additionally, the role involves
supporting agencies with onboarding tasks such as uploading listings and guiding
them through basic platform usage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strong communication skills in Dari & Pashto (English is a plus).
• Confident in face-to-face sales and relationship building.
• Ability to clearly communicate product value to real-estate agencies.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Basic understanding of Kabul’s real-estate market and agency operations.
• Experience with field sales and daily in-person client visits.
• Ability to travel across Kabul and manage 15–20 agency visits per week.
• Tech savvy and comfortable using apps, WhatsApp, and digital tools.
• Able to support agencies with onboarding and basic platform training.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Self-disciplined, organized, and able to work with weekly targets.

1.Education: Minimum of a 14th-grade education is often required, with a preference for bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Development, Social Sciences or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in a related industry.
3. Language: Proficiency in Dari and Pashto (spoken & written); And also, Knowledge of English Language
