M&E Officer

Action for welfare and Development of Rural Environment Organization (AWDREO) is a non-governmental, Non-profit and non- political Organization engaged in Multi Sector programs in the realms of Education, Livelihood, Community Development, Capacity building, Human Resource Management, Emergency Response health and WASH.

AWDREO established in 2015, aims to be a catalyst for promoting peace, stability and development, alongside the government of Afghanistan, by targeting the marginalized. Women, girl’s youth and children, the illiterate and the poor people in Rural Communities.

• Design and implement the M&E system in the project of UCSS by developing and implementing M&E plan to generate regular information related to the progress of the project and provide technical support to project staff on implementing the M&E plan, logical framework, and result-based matrix.
• Collect case stories, documentation of best practices, and lessons learned; update and analytically synchronize the information in project reports.
• Conduct regular monitoring of the project's interventions to ensure the quality delivery of inputs and contribute to generating expected results.
• Responsible for the preparation of progress reports with the close support of the Project Manager.
• Provide feedback to the Project Manager based on founded issues of the project activities.
• Monitor and evaluate overall progress and achievement results.
• Develop monitoring and impact indicators for the project's success.
• Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks;
• Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations;

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation Studies, Management Information Systems, with relevant experience in M&E.
• Minimum 3 years of proven and relevant experience in designing, implementing, and overseeing M&E-related tasks in UCSS Project.
• Experience in developing professional data systems for project management through Result Based Management (RBM) tools is an advantage
• Strong statistical skills including knowledge of Microsoft Package.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a multi-sectoral approach and establish harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization.
• Be able to communicate both in writing and verbally in English and local languages.
• Should have good skill of report writing
• Be able to travel and live in the project remote areas.
