Job Summary

The Computer Lab Facilitator/Teacher will lead activities in Women and Girls Safe Spaces (WGSS), Digital Hubs, and Multipurpose Adolescent Girls Groups (MAGs), ensuring access to essential services, capacity building, and digital education.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate structured activities for women and girls in safe spaces.
  • Teach computer subjects, including essential skills in internet browsing and online research.
  • Provide access to hygiene kits, psychosocial support, and vocational training.
  • Train adolescent girls in digital skills and life skills through Digital Hubs.
  • Establish and mentor Multipurpose Adolescent Groups (MAGs).
  • Conduct awareness-raising sessions on gender equality and GBV prevention.
  • Monitor and evaluate program activities for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and online teaching platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and mentorship abilities.

Deliverables

  • Reports on WGSS and Digital Hub activities.
  • Training completion records and participant feedback.
  • Monthly updates on MAG group progress and achievements.
