Delivering comprehensive free dental check-ups and treatment services to clients and patients of Dental Clinic, including extractions, fillings, root canal treatments (RCT), scaling, and all other essential dental procedures with the highest professional standards.
 

• Successful graduation in Stomatology and completion of the Exit Exam, with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience after graduation.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in operating all dental equipment and instruments.
• Comprehensive understanding of dental diseases, conditions, and treatment procedures.
• Proficiency in managing dental emergencies and providing appropriate treatments.
• Ability to prescribe medications for dental conditions.
• Expertise in supervising and ensuring the proper cleaning, packaging, and sterilization of dental instruments, and responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and proper functioning of all dental equipment and tools in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Ensure smooth execution of administrative and operational tasks within the clinic.
• Maintain effective communication with officials, government representatives, and local authorities.
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the mission and vision of SNI Organization and the health sector.
• Strong ability to train, mentor, and educate others, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with a diverse range of patients, including both adults and children.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive dental consultations with patients to assess oral health concerns, review medical histories, and perform routine cleanings and preventive care.
• Prepare patients for dental procedures by administering local anesthesia or sedatives when necessary.
• check teeth, gums, and oral tissues to identify and diagnose dental conditions accurately.
• Perform a wide range of dental treatments, including extractions, root canal treatment (RCT), cavity fillings, polish and scaling.
• Prescribe appropriate medications, including pain relievers and antibiotics, to manage dental issues.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and clinic staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, including correct brushing, flossing, and fluoride use to promote long-term dental health.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required in the dental department or assigned by the project manager.
