The Agency for Assistance and Development of Afghanistan (AADA) is an Afghan non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to the development of Afghanistan. Our core activities include (1) provision of quality health services; (2) community development; (3) training and capacity building at professional and community levels; and (4) research in public health and social sciences.
Support the Grants Manager in the development and implementation of the annual HIV, TB, and Malaria program.
· Assist the GC-7 Project Finance Officer in collecting, reviewing, and verifying financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Conduct weekly virtual coordination meetings with provincial coordinators to review progress and address challenges.
· Participate in coordination and taskforce meetings with NTP, MVDP, ANPASH, and other relevant stakeholders.
· Collect and verify monthly and quarterly reports on HIV, OST, PWID, TB, and Malaria activities, and submit verified reports to the Grants Manager.
· Provide technical support and oversight to the M&E Officer in executing monitoring and evaluation tasks and assignments.
· Prepare quarterly program reports and submit drafts to the Grants Manager for review, editing, and onward submission to UNDP.
· Undertake special assignments and other related duties as required in the provinces.
· Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal organizational policies.
· Deliver training and guidance to staff on internal controls, compliance standards, and best practices.
· Perform other official tasks assigned by the supervisor (Grants Manager)
