The Procurement & Logistics Assistant supports procurement, logistics, and supply chain activities within the organization. The role includes market assessments, quotation collection, preparing RFQs, tracking deliveries, coordinating transportation, warehouse documentation, and ensuring transparent and compliant procurement processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Procurement or Logistics
Basic understanding of procurement rules (INGO/UN standards preferred)
Strong skills in Excel and other MS Office applications
Good communication and reporting skills
Fluency in English, Pashto, and Dari
Ability to travel when required
Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills
