Human Medical Laboratory (HML) is a leading diagnostic and healthcare laboratory providing high-quality and reliable diagnostic services. Human Medical Laboratories is seeking to hire one Sales & Marketing Officer to enhance customer engagement, drive sales growth, and strengthen brand presence in the market. This recruitment aims to support business expansion and improve service delivery to key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

2.Job Purpose

The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for executing sales and marketing initiatives to increase the client base, enhance customer relationships, and support revenue growth. His primary role will be to promote laboratory services and ensure high visibility and engagement within the healthcare sector.

 

3.Key Responsibilities

A.Sales & Business Development

• The Sales & Marketing Officer will identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practitioners.
• He will maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
• He must meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

• The Sales & Marketing Officer will execute promotional campaigns, including door-to-door marketing and digital outreach.
• He will participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events.
• He will ensure brand visibility through signage, banners, and marketing materials.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• The Sales & Marketing Officer will regularly follow up with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
• He will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• He will collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted client engagement plans.

Market Research & Analysis

• The Sales & Marketing Officer will conduct market research to understand competitor activities and market trends.
• He will provide data-driven recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
• He will identify new market opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferably with a focus on healthcare or technical domains).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Applicants who have previous experience working with pharmaceutical or medicine companies will be given priority.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English.
