Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW) is an international, non-profitable, non-governmental humanitarian relief organization with its head quarter in Birmingham, UK. Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pre-employability master trainer to design, deliver and facilitate comprehensive training program for fresh graduate students. The trainer will be responsible for equipping the trainees with essential skills to enhance their employability, guiding trainees on utilizing online job platforms, developing communication, time management, interview, conflict resolution and other skills. In addition to this, the trainer will support the project team in progress report, activity completion report, activity monitoring and all other aspects of the training.
The Pre-Employability trainer will report project officer.

· Coordinate with project teams to ensure training content aligns with project objectives and labor market needs.
· Support trainees in developing action plans for job search and professional growth.
· Update training curriculum based on emerging employment trends and participant feedback.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
Experience:
· At least 1-2 years of experience in similar training conduction.
