The Publications Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, and implementing all of the company's communication and publication strategies. The main duties are as follows:
Develop and implement a comprehensive communications and publications strategy for the company in line with its business objectives and values.
Advise senior management on communication issues, brand reputation, and public relations management.
Oversee the production of high-quality content in Dari, Pashto, and English for various platforms (website, social media, newsletters, annual reports, brochures, etc.).
Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant national and international media outlets in the mining and trade sectors.
Prepare and distribute press releases, organize press conferences, and respond to media inquiries.
Help strengthen the organizational culture and ensure company messages are effectively communicated to all employees.
Protect and enhance the company's brand in all communication activities.
Track and analyze the performance of publication campaigns and initiatives (e.g., website and social media analytics).
Provide regular reports to the Financial and Administrative Directorate on achievements, challenges, and the effectiveness of communication strategies.
Full proficiency and working ability in writing publications in Dari, Pashto, and English in the fields of publications and communications.
Ability to design, organize, and manage publication programs, content production, and media management.
