DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct property viewings and provide thorough information to prospective buyers.
• Market properties effectively through various channels to attract interested buyers.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitive offerings.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and other teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
• Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Actively seeking out new clients, monitoring sales and following through for target achievement.
• Making appointments and accompanying clients during visits and inspections of properties
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements 

• Over 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Results oriented mind-set with good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong analytic skills, including ability to independently conduct real estate market research and analyze competition.
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
• Strong computer skills, including high level of proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage productive relationships with property team members, tenants, property owners, public officials, developers and contractors.
• Creativity, entrepreneurial, and a self-driven attitude towards work, with a sense of humour.
• Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
