General Responsibilities:
Prevention Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Grievance Redressal Mechanism (PSEA/GRM) Officer will lead and coordinate the implementation of mechanisms that prevent sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), ensure accountability, and manage grievances effectively within the HER AF2 and other s Projects. The officer will ensure that all stakeholders—especially women, children and vulnerable groups—are protected, heard, and supported.
