Job Descriptions:

Analyze the requested materials type, orientation, manufacture, and capacity.

Reach out to potential suppliers via email, phone calls, or in-person visits to request price quotations for goods or services.

Identify potential vendors or suppliers who can provide the required products or services at competitive prices without compromising quality

Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices and terms while adhering to budgetary constraints and quality standards

Review and compare received quotations to evaluate pricing, product specifications, and delivery terms to determine the most cost-effective options

Maintain accurate records of all quotations received, including supplier details, pricing information, and any negotiated terms or conditions

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as procurement managers or department heads, to ensure that collected quotations align with project requirements and budgetary constraints

Follow up with suppliers to clarify any discrepancies in quotations or to request additional information as needed to facilitate decision-making

Ensure that all quotations are collected and submitted within established deadlines to support timely procurement decision-making

Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors to foster long-term partnerships and improve the efficiency of future procurement processes

Search and Google materials for clarity and better understanding

Collect quotations from the local market

Collect quotations online from international markets if not available locally

Collect specifications/Catalogs/Brochures for requested materials

Develop and maintain an Excel database of the materials market prices

Perform any other activities as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Education: A Bachler degree is required and higher is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional working experience in a similar position.

Languages: Proficiency in both national languages and English language is advantage

Self-motivated, Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Experience in logistics is preferred

Computer knowledge is essential

Cooperative and team-working skills

Being flexible regarding working hours.

Disciplined, honest, professional, and hard worker.
