Network Zone have expert team for installation of different type of microwave for data communication, such as NERA, NEC, ZTE and Huawei brand microwave used for different projects.

Our hotspot services are supportable in military camps, UN compounds and international organizations upon their requirements. Hotspot user management can easily support through high standard devices and servers. The hotspot coverage allows the users access to Internet services by only having single user and password, which will be allocated separately for individual users. Unlimited packages with high quality, secure, fast and reliable Wi-Fi Internet access in the compound at affordable cost.

Job Descriptions:

  • Customer Support:

    • Handle technical queries from customers via phone, email, or chat.

    • Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve internet connectivity issues.

    • Assist in router/modem configuration, firmware updates, and device setup.

  • Troubleshooting:

    • Diagnose and resolve issues with internet speed, packet loss, and latency.

    • Escalate unresolved or complex cases to higher-level technical teams.

    • Log all issues, actions taken, and solutions taken. 

  • Network Monitoring & Maintenance:

    • Monitor network status and identify service outages or degradations.

    • Coordinate with field technicians for on-site problem resolution.

    • Perform remote diagnostics and apply fixes where possible.

  • Documentation & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.

    • Prepare daily/weekly reports on common issues, resolution times, and customer feedback.

  • Training & Continuous Learning:

    • Stay updated on ISP services, packages, and new technologies.

    • Participate in internal training sessions to improve technical skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.

  • Experience: At least 3 years in a technical support, network support, or similar role (ISP experience is must).

  • Knowledge & Skills:

    • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing).

    • Familiarity with common ISP hardware (routers, switches, modems, wireless access points).

    • Ability to troubleshoot internet connectivity, VoIP, and bandwidth issues.

    • Knowledge of fiber optic, wireless, and DSL technologies (preferred).

    • Proficient in using remote access tools and network monitoring systems.

    • Strong communication and customer service skills.

    • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

  • Other Requirements:

    • Problem-solving and analytical skills.

    • Ability to work in shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).

    • Teamwork and adaptability under pressure.

    • Good time management and task prioritization.
