1. To ensure all staff in Baghlan province are working properly, on time and punctual.
2. Verify all vendor invoices accuracy and quantity received by sky Aria and payment.
3. Tracking/Recording all Hawala’s in excel sheet and report to Kabul main office by detail.
4. Record all purchases as inventory in inventory sheet.
5. Disbursement of payroll each month.
6. Keep finance officer and manager in loop/aware of the cash balance and report.
7. Advance clearance with all vendors and employees.
8. Recording all transactions in excel sheet on daily basis.
9. Updating the files system and manage filling of the office documents for both hard and soft.
10. Daily cash count and report to Kabul office.
11. Having record of labors and their attendance sheet as well.
12. Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

5. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of finance with 2 years in QuickBooks Online

   Technical Skills:

6. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred).
7. Familiarity with general accounting practices and standards.
8. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
5. or other accounting software.
5. Previous experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and performing reconciliations.
