 MOVE Welfare Organization has been founded in 2005 by a group of professionals in health care management. MOVE was registered with Ministry of Economy (Reg. No. 45) & signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Public Health on 21.11.2005 (MoU No. 05). Since January 2011, STEP Health and Development Organization Merged with MOVE Welfare Organization and working as on entity under the name of MOVE Welfare Organization.

Job Descriptions:

  • Support and facilitation for the better implementation of P4P and BPHS indicators for the staff responsible for P4P and BPHS indicators at the health center.

  • Efforts to strengthen and improve P4P indicators through proper communication with clients and encouraging them to use the health center services.

  • Participation in outreach activities, mobilizing people, and attending social activities to increase the utilization rate of health center services.

  • Continuous efforts to create a respectful and empathetic environment for providing services in accordance with the culture and traditions of the community.

  • Commitment to duty and adherence to the medical rules and regulations of the hospital.

  • Accurate performance of assigned duties, following instructions, and obedience to the treating doctor in the emergency department.

  • Active participation according to the scheduled duty roster (rotation) in various departments of the hospital to provide health services (IPD, OPD, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Gynecology & Obstetrics, Emergency, etc.).

  • Proper behavior and providing health education to patients and clients.

  • Timely and accurate implementation and follow-up of doctor’s orders for emergency patients.

  • Gaining sufficient job-related knowledge to perform tasks in various hospital departments (wound care, emergency care, inpatient care, growth monitoring, etc.).

  • Implementation of standard nursing principles and protocols (aseptic and antiseptic techniques) in daily emergency room activities.

  • Assisting the treating doctor in the emergency department.

  • Requesting and ensuring the supply of medicines and medical consumables under the supervision of the treating doctor for the emergency room from the hospital pharmacy.

  • Monitoring stock cards and the consumption system for medicines and medical consumables in the emergency room.

  • Assisting with patient registration in the emergency department and providing monthly reports, stock, and consumption details to relevant departments.

  • Helping to strengthen an effective referral system for cases requiring follow-up.

  • Creating a trusting environment and encouraging referral centers to ensure timely referrals for complicated obstetric and cesarean cases.

  • Writing complete and concise professional information in the referral response forms for centers covered by the hospital network.

  • Having knowledge of and implementing the ambulance job description.

  • Avoiding the use of ambulances outside the defined job description.

  • Participating in health education sessions for patients as per the determined schedule.

  • Maintaining and taking care of the medical equipment available in the emergency room and using it properly for patients.

  • Supervising cleanliness of the department, medical equipment, and monitoring cleaner activities.

  • Striving to improve professional knowledge and gaining information according to national guidelines.

  • Obeying the supervisor and relevant orders in the execution of any officially assigned duties.
