مکتب خصوصی نورستان آیرا که در قلعه نجارها، کابل، افغانستان، در عقب مسجد امام زمان موقعیت دارد، یک مکتب ابتدائیه و متوسطه می‌باشد که در سال ۲۰۱۹ تأسیس شده است. این مکتب متعهد به ارائه تعلیمات با کیفیت از طریق ترکیب روش‌های مدرن آموزشی و ارزش‌های اسلامیبوده و محیطی پرورشی را برای پیشرفت تحصیلی و شخصیتی شاگردان فراهم می‌کند.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily academic and administrative operations of the school
• Ensure compliance with all government and Ministry of Education regulations, reporting, and documentation
• Supervise and evaluate teaching and support staff
• Collaborate on curriculum development and school improvement plans
• Oversee student admissions and school registration processes
• Manage relationships with parents, staff, and government authorities
• Assist in marketing activities, student enrollment campaigns, and school promotions
• Ensure effective communication in Dari and Pashto
• Use basic computer tools (MS Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting and school management
• Maintain discipline and a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment

Qualifications:

• Female candidate only
• Prior experience as Principal or in a senior administrative role in a private school
• Strong understanding of government and MoE requirements for private educational institutions
• Excellent communication skills in Dari and Pashto
• Good organizational, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and Word
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field (preferred)
