Due to the lack of a standardized and well-equipped center, and in response to the growing needs of the community, SHIMHANS was established to provide a facility capable of effectively addressing mental health, neuroscinces,psychological problems, and drug addiction in society.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform complex neurosurgical procedures with a high degree of skill and precision.

Diagnose and treat conditions related to the brain, spine, and nervous system.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuing medical education.

Provide mentorship to junior doctors and surgical staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Board certification or specialization in neurosurgery.

Minimum [5] years of post-specialization experience in neurosurgery.

Strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
