Afghan Youth Services Organization (AYSO) is a National Afghan NGO registered in 2006 with the MoEc of Afghanistan with registration No:397.AYSO since came into being has developed, successfully implemented, and provided direct assistance services in different   sectors such as health, educational, Food Security,  Capacity building, GBV Prevention and Response, Peace, Justice Research, and Surveys human rights and awareness projects and programs with the technical and financial support of several UN Agencies such as UNDP,UNFPA, UNICEF, WFP, and WHO, AYSO has implemented projects with government ministries and departments as well as has been being implementing partner with AAH/USAID, FHI, BARC, AADA,HEWAD, and other National and International Organization

Job Descriptions:

  • To deliver constrictive and accurate written feedback to HFs on monthly HMIS reports.
  • Guarantee that all supply chain data is entered accurately into relevant systems m Supply,  DHIS2, LMIS, Excel
  • Ensure that progress against project key indicators are updated on a monthly basis at the provincial office and HFs;
  • To conduct slide presentations to all sub-office assistants at least once per month on data quality Findings, Challenges, Suggestions
  • To carefully supervise the project key indicators versus set targets monthly basis and makes sure effective action plans are developed to achieve project targets both at the provincial office and HF level.
  • To check the HMIS stationery and formats at the health facility level.
  • Create and apply SOPs and data quality improvement plans.
  • Generate periodic reports on inventory status, stockouts, order fulfillment, pipeline monitoring, and consumption trends.
  • To ensure that data quality improvement and NMC checklists are implemented in each HF once per quarter.
  • Provide dashboards and visualizations for internal and donor reporting.
  • Support programmatic decisions through data analysis
  • Control and manage the supply chain data systems software used by the organization, including user roles, backups, and troubleshooting.
  • Support integration of data systems linking warehouse data with health facility consumption
  • Cooperate with M&E teams to align data systems and platforms.
  • Educate logistics, warehouse, pharmacy, and facility staff on data entry, reporting processes, and effective data utilization.
  • Mentor field staff on the use of supply chain indicators and data analysis for decision-making.
  • Certify timely and correct submission of reports to donors, Ministry of Public Health MoPH or other shareholders.

Job Requirements:

Five years of experience with M-Supply or managing data in health supply chains .  Bachelor's degree in statistics or a related field, including familiarity with environmental and social considerations, is preferred
