Support Children and Afghan Women Needs Organization (SCAWNO) is an Afghan non-governmental, not-for-profit and non-political organization established in 2008 with the aims of community development, good governance, capacity building. SCAWNO came to existence with years of professional, qualified and dedicated Afghans who have served in various capacities to respond to the needs of societies. SCAWNO founded by the members of Local Youth Councils, which was established by Youth We work toward an Afghanistan in which the population lives in peace, with self-dignity and self-sufficiency, and where people manage their own personal development and the development of the society in which they live. Mission Statement to contribute positively to the development process of Communities Development in Afghanistan through implementation of Capacity building, Women rights Awareness, gender-based violence, Children protection awareness, Legal Consultation, Economical Sustainability, income generation projects, Literacy, vocational training, health education, Teacher training.
The Master Trainer will be responsible for building the capacity of District Community Mobilizers (DCMs), facilitators, and project staff by delivering comprehensive training programs based on UNESCO-developed materials for literacy and skills development. This role involves adapting training content to the local context, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure effective implementation of literacy and vocational skills programs.
