Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (CHA) is a non-governmental, non-profitable, and non-political Afghan NGO, working since 1987 mainly in agriculture, health, education, and infrastructure sectors in more vulnerable areas of the country. CHA is working through the implementation of Emergency, rehabilitation, and development projects for emergency aid for war, famine, and natural disaster-affected families in the field, to assist with the rehabilitation of rural and urban life, and to work with communities for sustainable development in Afghanistan.

ثبت ارزیابی نشو و نما GMP  که شامل اندازه گیری وزن ، قد ، سن و بررسی اذیما همه اطفال زیر دو سال.

توانایی انجام مشوره دهی مبتنی بر GMP برای مادران / مراقبت کننده گان اطفال زیر دوسال در زمینه اقدامات مناسب تغذیه اطفال و مادران ( (MIYCNو جلوگیری از انتان

اگر طفل نارمل باشد به منظور تقویت و ارتقا روشهای مناسب تغذی مادران و اطفال مار تشویق و مشوره داده بتواند

رجعت دهی اطفال مصاب به سو تغذی حاد شدید برای تداوی مناسب و مشوره به نرس یا مرکز صحی.

توانای ارایه مشوره برای مادران / مراقبت کننده گان تا اطفال کمتر از دوسال خود را برای بازدید های ماهانه GMP به مرکز صحی بیاورند

توانی انجام موحک MUAC  برای اندازه گیری محیط متوسط بازوی علوی برای اطفال 6 الی 59 ماهه

توانای بررسی طفل در حریانNID ( National Immunization Day )  روز های ملی کمپاین واکسین قبلی ویتامین ای دریافت کرده است یا خیر ، در صورت عدم اخذ ویتامین ای به مرکز صحی جهت ااخذ ویتامین ای راجع نماید.

برگزارنمودن نمایش غذایی مکمل ماه یکبار

فراهم سازی و ارائه تعلیمات وتبلیغات صحی تغذی براى مراجعين خاصتا مادران شیرده و اطفال مصاب به سو تغذی حاد و شدید

سهم گیری فعال درتطبیق ستندرد های جدید جهت بهبود کیفیت و همکاری مؤثر وفعالانه باساير اعضای کلینیک

اشتراک منظم در مجالس  كارمندان  برای انکشاف و پیشرفت پروگرام و حل مشكلات درسطح مرکزصحی.

پا بند بودن به وظیفه و رعایت قوانین طبی وضع شده .

برخورد و سلوک مناسب با پرسونل کلینیک ومراجعین ،  احترام به کلتور وعنعنات مردم  ومطابعت از ان.

اجرای سایر وظایف سپرده  شده  از طرف امر کلینیک.

مشوره دهی در مورد تغذیه مادران :

توانای اندازه گیری قسمت متوسط بازوی علوی با MUAC ، وزن ، قد و تعیین BMI  یا شاخص کتله بدن مادران شیرده و دسته بندی انها به نارمل ، کم وزن ، اضافه وزن و چاقی ، بعداز اولین PNC تا زمان که مادر به طفل خود شیر بدهد .

برا ساس یافته های    BMI یا شاخص کتله بدن ، مشوره دهی انفرادی در مورد روشهای مناسب تغذیه ارایه کرده بتواند

بررسی کند که  ایا مادران شیرده در جریان سه ماه بعد از ولادت تابلیت های IFA ( Iron Folic Acid )  را استفاده کرده اند یا خیر

در سطح جامعه :

در جلسات ماهانه کارکنان صحی جامعه با ناظر صحی جامعه و کارکنان صحی جامعه همکاری و هماهنگی داشته باشید تا :

شریک نمودن لست غابین GMP  با CHW  جهت پیگیری

اطمینان حاصل شود که جلسه GMP   توسط CHW  بطور منظم در جامعه انجام میشود .

رهنمایی به  CHW در موضوعات مانند GMP  ، مهارت های مشوره دهی و بازدید مناسب از منازل

ثبت و گزارش :

گزارش منظم برای نظارت و پیگیری از ارایه خدمات تغذیه داشته باشید .

استفاده از کتاب صحت طفل و مادر در ولایات که ازین کتاب استفده میشود .

مستفدین را که به بازدید های بعدی نیاز دارند ، شناسایی گرده و معلومات را با CHS /CHW   به اشتراک بگذارید .

فارغ صنف دوازده یا بالاتر باشد

یک سال تجربه بحیث مشاور تغذی در یکی از مراکز صحی تحت پوشش BPHS را داشته باشد

از محل  باشد.

به زبانهای محلی مهارت تکلم داشته باشد.
