About the Need:

Over the past two years, ECI has grown from a small, volunteer-led organization with a few employees and a couple of programs, to a medium-sized organization with a team of over 50 Afghan employees running 6 programs across 6 provinces of Afghanistan. ECI’s growth strategy has included investing in a strong Afghan leadership team who can navigate the organization through the uncertain environment while also growing the organization. As part of this growth strategy, ECI is fleshing out its senior management cadre. A key member is the Finance Manager who will manage our small but growing Finance department and help build out and give strategic vision to the growth and eventual bifurcation of the departments.

Job Descriptions:

The Assistant of the Physiotherapy Department is responsible for assessing students to enhance their performance in various activities. This includes maintaining meticulous records and documentation, such as attendance and absence records, student progress reports, and documentation of individual and professional development plans. Additionally, the Assistant will collaborate with relevant departments by sharing patient reports as necessary.

Female Physioterapy Asstistant Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Physiotherapy department assistant is required to have a weekly, monthly and annual plan for her assigned department (individual, group).
  • Physiotherapy department assistant is required to conduct a full assessment of the abilities, limitations and physical needs of each student on a regular basis.
  • The assistant of the physiotherapy department is obliged to use special therapeutic techniques to strengthen the physical and physical strength of students with disabilities.
  • Carrying out specific physical therapy exercises and reporting its effects on students with disabilities
  • Using special sports equipment to perform physical activities in the field of physiotherapy.
  • Holding counseling sessions with students' families
  • Physiotherapy department assistant is obliged to referring students to other centers such as (ICRC, KOO) or other health centers in order to receive health and treatment services based on the students' needs.
  • The assistant of the physiotherapy department is obliged to cooperate with the head of her department to do the work.
  • Educating parents and guardians about exercises, activities and strategies for student growth and recovery at home, as well as providing guidance for creating an environment that supports the child's physical activity development.
  • The assistant of the physiotherapy department is obliged to evaluate the students in order to improve the students' activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documents, including attendance and absence, student progress reports, and documentation of individual and professional development plans.
  • Physiotherapy assistant is obliged to share the patient's reports with the relevant departments.
  • Performing other duties or activities assigned by the school management
  • Physiotherapy department assistant is obliged to carry out the activities based on the principles of the Ministry of Education and the school for gifted children.
  • Physiotherapy department assistant is required to attend school on time
  • Physiotherapy department assistant is required to bring her card before entering the school.
  • The assistant of the physiotherapy department is obliged to refrain from using the phone in the physiotherapy department.
  • Physiotherapy department assistant is obliged to refrain from using any kind of drugs inside the school.
  • The teacher should refrain from harassing the students.
