Community Health Supervisor

HealthNet TPO is a Netherlands based not for profit, non-governmental organization founded on the principle that access to affordable quality health care is a basic human right.

In 1992 HealthNet TPO was established by ‘Doctors without Borders’ to bridge the gap between emergency aid and structural development. The organization is now the result of a merger between HealthNet International (HNI) and the Transcultural Psychosocial Organization (TPO). HNI has knowledge and experience in reinforcing healthcare systems and prevention, diagnosis and treatment of transmissible diseases. TPO is an expert in the field of psychosocial and mental health care for survivors of war and natural disasters.  HealthNet TPO Afghanistan is managed by a team of qualified Afghans and supported by a team of experts at the HQ of the organization in Holland.

HealthNet TPO Afghanistan is providing Primary Health Care, Mental Health and psychosocial services, fighting malaria and supporting Mother & Child Health Care in terms of providing training for Community Midwifes and to conduct operation research. HealthNet TPO is currently implementing projects in almost 20 provinces of Afghanistan and the major program it implements are HER (Health Emergency Response) projects in three provinces, Nutrition, Mental Health and Psychosocial, Malaria Control program, Tuberculus....... through a community system strengthening approach.

HealthNet TPO has a zero tolerance toward sexual exploitation and abuse and child abuse. HNITPO takes seriously all concerns and complaints about sexual exploitation and abuse and child abuse involving HNITPO employees and Related Personnel.

مسؤلیتونه:

1. د پنځو کلونو څخه کم عمره ماشومانو او PLWs (امیندواره او شیدې ورکوونکو ښځو) لپاره د انتروپومتریک اندازه ‌ګیري له لارې د تغذیې سکریننګ ترسره کول.
2. د دوو کلونو څخه کم عمره ماشومانو د ودې څارنه ترسره کول.
3. د پنځو کلونو څخه کم عمره ماشومانو د منظم سکریننګ له لارې د شدیدې حادې خوارځواکۍ (SAM) او منځنۍ حادې خوارځواکۍ (MAM) پېښې تشخیص او پېژندل.
4. د پېچلې شدیدې حادې خوارځواکۍ (SAM) ناروغان د ټاکل شوو راجع کولو لارو مطابق مناسبو لوړو کچو روغتیايي مرکزونو ته راجع کول.
5. پېژندل شوې د SAM او MAM پېښې د درملنې لپاره ډاکټرانو/تغذیې نرسانو ته راجع کول، څو د RUTF او RUSF له لارې ورته تغذیوي درملنه او بشپړونکي خواړه ورکړل شي.
6. د SAM او MAM پېښې په معیاري MoPH/PND راجسترونو کې ثبتول.
7. د ملي لارښودونو مطابق د ټولنې پر بنسټ د حادې خوارځواکۍ د مدیریت (IMAM) فعالیتونو ملاتړ کول.
8. د اړتیا پر مهال د فعالو پېښو په موندنه او د ټولنې په کچه د تغذیې د سکریننګ په فعالیتونو کې ګډون کول.
9. د سکریننګ شوو ماشومانو او PBWs اړوند اسناد او ریکارډونه په سمه توګه ساتل.
10. د IEC موادو په کارولو سره د میندو او ماشومانو د تغذیې په اړه د روغتیايي پوهاوي ناستې ترسره کول.
11. د SAM او MAM د درملنې د پېښو تعقیب کول او د اړتیا پر مهال د درملنې پرېښودونکو ناروغانو (Defaulters) موندل او بېرته د درملنې لپاره راګرځول.
12. د مستقیم آمر/مسؤول له خوا سپارل شوې نورې دندې ترسره کول.

·       Graduate from 12^th grade graduate.

·       Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as worked community health supervisor in the public health facilities

·       Fluency in Pashto/Dari languages

·       Hard worker, committed and travel to hard to reach areas
