HealthNet TPO is a Netherlands based not for profit, non-governmental organization founded on the principle that access to affordable quality health care is a basic human right.

In 1992 HealthNet TPO was established by ‘Doctors without Borders’ to bridge the gap between emergency aid and structural development. The organization is now the result of a merger between HealthNet International (HNI) and the Transcultural Psychosocial Organization (TPO). HNI has knowledge and experience in reinforcing healthcare systems and prevention, diagnosis and treatment of transmissible diseases. TPO is an expert in the field of psychosocial and mental health care for survivors of war and natural disasters.  HealthNet TPO Afghanistan is managed by a team of qualified Afghans and supported by a team of experts at the HQ of the organization in Holland.

HealthNet TPO Afghanistan is providing Primary Health Care, Mental Health and psychosocial services, fighting malaria and supporting Mother & Child Health Care in terms of providing training for Community Midwifes and to conduct operation research. HealthNet TPO is currently implementing projects in almost 20 provinces of Afghanistan and the major program it implements are HER (Health Emergency Response) projects in three provinces, Nutrition, Mental Health and Psychosocial, Malaria Control program, Tuberculus....... through a community system strengthening approach.

HealthNet TPO has a zero tolerance toward sexual exploitation and abuse and child abuse. HNITPO takes seriously all concerns and complaints about sexual exploitation and abuse and child abuse involving HNITPO employees and Related Personnel.

·       په ورځنی ډول په روغتیایی مرکز کی کار کول¸ که چیری نارینه ډاکترموجود نه وي  نود خارج بستر ناروغانو د         ورځنی کتنی مسؤلیت په غاړه لرل.( ورځنی او- پی- ډی )

·       د خارج بستر ناروغانو په ورځنی کتنه کی د نارینه ډاکترسره مرسته کول.

·       د نوي زېږېدلو ماشومانو او ماشومانو د روغتیايي او د  IMCI خدمات وړاندی کول.

·       د بیړنیو پېښو په مدیریت او د سختو ناروغانو د راجع کولو څخه مخکې د هغوی په تثبیت او لومړنۍ پاملرنه کې مرسته کول.

·       ناروغان د طبي پروسیجرونو لپاره چمتو کول او د معاینې او درملنې پر مهال له ډاکټرانو سره مرسته کول.

·       ناروغانو او د هغوی د کورنیو غړو ته د حفظ‌الصحې، تغذیې، د درملو منظم استعمال، شیدو ورکولو، واکسیناسیون او د ناروغیو د مخنیوي په اړه مشوره او روغتیايي پوهاوی ورکول.

·       په روغتیايي مرکز کې د انتان د مخنیوي او کنټرول (IPC) اصول په سمه توګه مراعاتول او یقیني کول.

·       د طبي وسایلو او تجهیزاتو مناسبه تعقیم او ضدعفوني کول یقیني کول.

·       د ملي معیارونو مطابق د طبي کثافاتو جلا کول او له منځه وړلو کې مرسته کول.

·       د طبي وسایلو، درملو او مصرفي توکو موجودیت او په سمه توګه څارل.

·       د انتاناتو څخه د وقایی د کړنلارو برابرول¸ ستنه لگول او د جامو بدلول.

·       د روغتیایی مرکز مسؤل ته میاشتني راپور ورکول.

·       د روغتیا د اداری معلوماتی سیستم د میاشتینی  راپورونو برابرول.

·       ټولی هغه دندی چه د لوړو مقاماتو یا د څارونکو ( سوپرویزرانو ) لخوا ورته ورکول کیږی.

·       Nursing graduate from a recognized nursing institute.

·       Have passed exit exam

·       Additional training in IMCI, IPC, emergency care, or RMNCH is an advantage.

·       At least 2 years of experience as a nurse in public health facilities.

·       Experience working in BHC/SHC health facilities is preferred.

·       Good communication skills (written and spoken) in Dari and Pashto.
