Hospital Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hospital Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The Hospital Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient hospital administration, high-quality patient services, staff coordination and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key duties include managing hospital departments supervising staff performance, overseeing budgets and resources, implementing hospital policies, improving service environment. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills to ensure smooth hospital operations and continuous improvement in healthcare services.

. Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, Business administration or related field ( Master's preferred)

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare administration 

Strong leadership and team management skills 

Knowledge of hospital operations, policies and healthcare regulations 

Ability to manage budgets staff and resources effectively 

Excellent communication and organizational abilities 

Computer literacy ( MS office, hospital system preferred) 

Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
