Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and professional Turkish Language Interpreter to facilitate effective communication between Turkish-speaking individuals and our organization. The successful candidate will provide accurate interpretation and translation services while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate verbal interpretation between Turkish and English during meetings, trainings, interviews, and official events.
• Translate written documents, reports, letters, and correspondence from Turkish to Pashto and Dari.
• Ensure clear and effective communication between Turkish-speaking clients, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all interpretation and translation assignments.
• Assist international staff and visitors with communication and cultural understanding.
• Translate technical, administrative, and medical terminology accurately when required.
• Complete translation assignments within established deadlines.
• Perform other language-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

equired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Languages, Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Turkish and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Knowledge of Pashto and/or Dari is an advantage.
• Previous experience as an interpreter or translator is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
