In direct cooperation withدر همکاری مستقیم با : Health Supervisor, logistic assistant and Ambulance nurse                                                        

 Responsibilities and particular assignmentsمسؤلیت ها و وظایف مشخص 

Objective 1هدف اول :

Activities/Main dutiesفعالیت ها/ وظایف عمده:

•      Transport patients safely and promptly to health facilities.

•      Transfer patients from Paktia RH to Kabul when required.

•      Submit reports to the line manager on time. 

Objective 2هدف دوم:

Activities/Main dutiesفعالیت ها/ وظایف عمده:

-Vehicle Maintenance :

•      Keep the ambulance clean, fueled, and in active condition at all times.

•      Change ambulance oils on time (engine oil, brake fluid, suspension grease, etc.).

•      Regularly check the vehicle’s technical condition and report any mechanical issues immediately. 

Objective 3هدف سوم :

. Patient Care Support

Activities/Main dutiesفعالیت ها/ وظایف عمده:

• Assist medical staff during patient loading and unloading.
• Provide basic support and care to patients during transportation.
• Ensure patients are transported safely and on time. 

Objective 4هدف چهارم

Compliance with Protocols

Activities/Main dutiesفعالیت ها/ وظایف عمده: 

·        Follow traffic rules and emergency response protocols.

·        Comply with infection prevention and control measures.

·        Control vehicle speed and drive responsibly at all times. 

Objective 5هدف پنجم

Documentation and Communication

    Activities/Main dutiesفعالیت ها/ وظایف عمده: 

·        Maintain accurate trip records.

·        Properly fill in the vehicle logbook and fuel records.

·        Communicate effectively with health teams and dispatchers.

·        Respect the role and principles of PUI.

·        Report any incidents or issues to the line manager immediately.

·        Any task that assigned by line manger 

Objective هدف ششم

·        Take care of medical equipment in the ambulance.

·        After the transfer of each patient, cleaning of ambulance and equipment on time.

·        Checking the ambulance's general condition if need some equipment to change or repair report it on time.
