Job Description

  • Support implementation of advocacy initiatives, awareness campaigns, stakeholder engagement activities, and inclusion strategies.
  • Conduct consultations, community engagement sessions, documentation, and reporting.
  • Promote gender equality, disability inclusion, and community participation across projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Law, Human Rights, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of advocacy or inclusion programming experience.
  • English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent.

Vision Development Organization (VDO) is accepting CVs and applications from qualified candidates from 13 June 2026 to 27 June 2026 to establish a candidate roster (database) for future employment opportunities. Eligible applicants with relevant qualifications and work experience are encouraged to apply through the Google Form available below on the website. Shortlisted candidates will be included in the roster and considered for vacancies based on project needs.
